Insisting on joining NATO is the root cause of the violence. Most of the arguments by Russians are crazy and stupid and I agree with you on that 100%. Ukraine is a sovereign state and Ukrainians should determine their own futures- not Russia. The argument Ukraine cannot join NATO and should be neutral is a valid point though. The West emphatically promised in the 1990s that NATO wouldn’t expand past Germany and reneged. No NATO - No war….pretty simple. The US would never tolerate Russian or Chinese troops in Mexico or Canada but Russia is supposed to have no problem with NATO troops in Ukraine? Any reasonable person can see Russia has a very valid argument against NATO in Ukraine.

All Russians abroad who act against their host country should be immediately deported to Russia. It is too dangerous to have a fifth column in the country.

After this livestream, I watched a longer version of Putin's latest demands for 'peace' and it reads more like not just a capitulation demand to Ukraine but also that the US withdraws its protections for Central Europe (similar maximalist position as of late 2021 which I reacted to at the time here: ua-cam.com/video/5x5MgS2zlA8/v-deo.html) so I have revised my assessment to Putin indicating that he has little chance of achieving a pause in the war to rearm and later attack Ukraine again. He seems to be leaning towards a continuous war against the West more broadly without a pause, which again is a more 'desperate' position to be in.

I'm from Ukraine. 1 for us is really strange smiling to strangers, we make it only for friends or if we have a conversation with someone which whom we have a business. When you smile without reason (I'm not your friend) it can be so, that you want to sell me something and it's annoying.2.We speak russian really oft, but we know by sure both languages. Oh, yeas, these mistakes drive me crazy. 3. We always take off shoes at home. Only emergency service can walk into our house in shouse. In other situations that mean you don't appreciate owner of the house. 4. It's not cheap anymore here because of war. 😢5. Sometimes we try to be quiet, but not always. 😂😂😂😂
